We were pleasantly surprised by the early check-in we received at Royal Ascot Hotel Apartment - Kirklees 2. However, our positive experience ended there.

it is very good hotel for business but poor facility for food . very quite central located ,easy to get taxi, close to bank, close to Dubai creek/deira ,very nicely decorated apartments .good 3-4 star facilities

I knew this hotel well and stayed again as I find most centrally located business hotel which is very quite ,contamporary designed,. Ideal for seroius business traveller without mode and cons

we could visit everything we needed like meena bazaar as it was within short walking distance to the hotel. it was in general an excellent experience. the venue is 20 minutes' walk from the bus stop.

Our stay at Royal Ascot Hotel Apartment - Kirklees 2 was fantastic. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for our family trip in Dubai. The location of the hotel is superb, with Al Fahidi and Burjuman metro stations just a short walk away. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, including the famous Meena Bazar. The staff at the hotel were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The rooms were always kept impeccably clean and tidy, and the view of the Burj Khalifa from our 7th floor room was amazing. The breakfast provided was filling and a great value for money.

Did not provide a reasonable range of cooking utensils in the kitchen. Could not open windows - so no fresh air in the rooms. No blackout blinds in the living room so unsuitable for child to sleep on sofa.

I keep coming back because I have no regrets. The staff helped me find a car service at my first stay. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Paid parking, 24-hour reception, Restaurant, Exercise gym. Coming back this weekend!

I founf this hotel is very much centrally located. It has good gym, steam and sauna facility. All food joints are on walking distance and still located in a quite area.

What a great city trip! I loved the convenient location of the hotel, with everything within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. The apartment was spacious and clean, providing all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any queries or requests.

The noise level in the apartment, which could be heard from the events in the restaurant below. the TV channels offered were limited and the size of the TV itself could have been bigger, but this was a minor issue in the grand scheme of things.

The staff was extremely motivated and well trained, providing warm and personalized service. The food at Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor was artistically presented and delicious.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of finding uncleaned utensils in my room. How thoughtful of them.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and polite, offering early check-in and late check-out. The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro, Indian restaurants, and a supermarket. The rooms were spacious and well-facilitated, including a fridge, microwave, washer/dryer, and kettle. The wifi was also fast and reliable.

Spacious rooms. Has had refurb.

Hard to find, rude staff at reception. Dirty kitchen and bathrooms. Smelly bed sheets, (smelt like fish). Stains on the bed heads. No 24hr room service even though they say it is. They refused to serve water, had to argue with them then they eventually did.
